It would cost me RM8xx to be replaced and the people there insisted that my camera S/N reveals that it is a parallel import unit thus it is not covered by the warranty here. I have the warranty cards with me (1 for camera another 1 for lens) but Canon insists that the warranty is invalid.  Well, I'm still in the process of disputing with them.So yeah, I wouldn't like to experience the same with my future cameras. |
