i just got my black noir LX5. was really undecided whether to get the white or black. cos most ppl have the black version. in the end, i went with the majority ;d

i was actually weighing between the g12 n p7000. lx5 only came in the picture yesterday but i ended up buying it. the fast lens n superior video mode sold it for me smile.gif

got a question. where can i go to set the duration of time the lens retract when in "play" mode? i think its a tad too short now. sometimes i just wanna review my pics a bit n the lens retract.

also, what are the 'menu resume' and 'lens resume' for? i dont think the manual is of much help at all...

@ littleprawn thanks for help. ive browsed thru the site... i dont think he mentioned anything about the duration of time before the lens retract but it has a lot of info that will help me understand my camera better =)

i'll be travelling to korea in dec - main reason for buying a new camera ^^

i like the 2nd pic... white flower... nice...

btw, u want the pic to remain after snap rite??
just go to Setup > page4 > Auto review (Off, 1 sec, 2 sec, hold)

i dropped my LX5 on pebbly ground a month after i got it. sighs... the bottom corners have scratches now n i keep telling myself that it's ok. battle scars are attractive >_<

btw, anyone of u bought the vintage leather case? the 2-part type... the original costs a bomb so i'm looking for knock-offs.
