LOL our TS totally inactive, busy at /k/ btw, i hope that the ts in lx3 thread can combine all the panasonic lx1,lx2,lx3,lx5 in one thread and change the title panasonic lx series...all lx series in one family thread mah rite??that's my opinion la.. Yeap, agree with alvin,we should combine our threads together |

QUOTE(sebastianchan @ Sep 4 2010, 02:35 AM) the spec of LX5.. Haha you're seriously misunderstood here seriously... Aperture is only from F2.0 - F3.3 only? O_O" http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/specs/Pana...onic_dmclx5.asp while LX3 Aperture is from F2.0 - F8.0... is that a downgrade? Would like to try out LX5... but definitely will not upgrade my LX3 to LX5. the mp still the same... 10.1 =.=" if LX5 mp is 12. i would consider... Check here: http://panasonic.net/avc/lumix/compact/lx5...ifications.html http://www.dpreview.com/news/1007/10072110...mclx5.asp#specs Widest Aperture: At 24mm = f/2.0 At 90mm(3.8x optical zoom) = f/3.3 Smallest aperture : Same for all focal length which is f/8 This post has been edited by -kytz-: Sep 4 2010, 02:59 AM |

QUOTE(zonan4 @ Oct 10 2010, 03:20 PM) wow u guyz so pro... btw when i take picture when i look at the camera lcd i think its already sharp enuff but bam when i open it at my pc the picture is nut clear enuff QUOTE(littleprawn @ Oct 10 2010, 03:26 PM) Same gang~ i also encounter same problem~ Most likely it's due to the number of pixels your computer can display. Are both yours Full HD(1920x1080)?most probably is hand shake or when we press the snap button~ try press the snap button 1st and release after the pic is done... but i dono whether like tis will spoil the cam boh... There's a huge huge difference in terms of sharpness between just HD Ready(720p) and FHD(1080p) If not, it's just the LX5 screen fooling you, i got fooled also Anyway, you guys have flickr?Come come share accounts laaa |

Haha like unker ian said, those are "fake bokeh" which can only be achieved when you're doing macro shots.
Try shooting your subject 2 metres away, see got blur background or not Perhaps you should look at the real DSLR bokeh shots |

QUOTE(yinyum @ Oct 14 2010, 11:22 PM) TS! Count me in the 1st post! I just bought my new toy (white)! hhehehe For me i wouldn't spend on the casing that much, just get a generic leather casing would be sufficient like these onesBought from Funan Digital Mall, SG at $700... I think the price is a bit high, but i'm anxious to get it so just close one eye Added on October 14, 2010, 11:27 pmBtw, the shop gave me SanDisk Memory Card 8GB Class 4... I asked for Panasonic ones but the boss said the bundle memang doesn't come with Panasonic Memory Card The shop is selling authentic Panasonic Leather Case for only $100, it's cheaper than buy online right? http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...&hl=LX3+leather http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...&hl=LX3+leather http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...&hl=LX3+leather Or better still, save up for a flashgun.Good for portraiture and night shots |
