Yep, I agree with figure8, turn on ps3 by holding down the power button until u hear a second beep.. if u're not sure, just hold it for 3sec, that should do the trick. This will reset your ps3 video setting... then you can use ur monitor, if u wanna use with another monitor again, just do the same thing...
1stly, I have the same exact monitor as the ThreadStarter.And I too have this same problem.I tried it and waited until the 2nd beep,it still showed 'Input not supported'I tried it twice.

Test setting there.
Then try with LCD monitor using HDMI-DVI converter"
I would like to try this out but how do I do that?
