Your only choices:

1. Change monitor
2. Buy converter
3. Buy HDCP killer

of coz u try the automatic output which is 1080p, which ur display can't display...

plz set to 720p in ps3 menu setting... select HDMI, then choose CUSTOM, untick 1080i and 1080p... press circle to save settings

Pai seh pai seh, was thinking of the older Acer model laugh.gif

Connect to TV 1st using av cables.

Test setting there.

Then try with LCD monitor using HDMI-DVI converter

Yep, I agree with figure8, turn on ps3 by holding down the power button until u hear a second beep.. if u're not sure, just hold it for 3sec, that should do the trick. This will reset your ps3 video setting... then you can use ur monitor, if u wanna use with another monitor again, just do the same thing...

1stly, I have the same exact monitor as the ThreadStarter. And I too have this same problem.I tried it and waited until the 2nd beep,it still showed 'Input not supported'
I tried it twice.

I would like to try this out but how do I do that?
