Exora la.. Spacious More Power Safety alot Even Advertisement advertise of the safety....by owners... Every row got air-cond.. I love the look too..compare to Alza Big...and it is really BIG rear row space.... Not so bumpy as Avanza(worse MPV ever) CPS = Good FC, if not mistaken...110@ 2k++ RPMs only...Alza nid 3k or ++ So far i sat...from SP to A.Setar@Highway.....no wind sound @ 120KM/H at all....car stable, no shake shake....

for those prefer a leisure driving style, alza is fine. but it's not a proper 7 seater. the 3rd row seat is only mean to carry ppl on short distance drive. while due to the nature of high rev campro cps engine, exora need to be push to reach the cps cam opening which is around 3.8k rpm to get the best of the cps engine. no doubt, both are under power(low power to weight ratio). exora having the upper hand for being a proper 7 seater, good road handling and eager engine. during a steep hill climb, push the exora harder and the aircond will turn off by itself. this allow for more power to the engine; which is quite handy! while alza is something you can drive at leisure pace.
conclusion; choose one that suit your budget, preference and driving style.

they will not... coz' some inexperience driver may assumed it was the car / air-cond problem. while some other decided to switch off the air-con prior to hill climb. btw, a few other hardcore exora user that i knew, mentioned about the feature too.

Had a first hand experience with Alza during our company's trip to langkawi recently. We rented a new Alza.
To sum it up: + good turning radius + Good visibility + cold aircond (need to turn it up to maximum in order for the last row to feel a breeze) + Good engine response
- Twitchy under higher speed - Gearbox has got a mind of its own. downshifting unnecessarily - Engine lacks power while going up a hill with 5 persons in it. - Boot space is ridiculously small with 3rd row utilised. cant even put your groceries - Boominess of the engine gets into the cabin - bad build quality
personally i havent tried exora, but i think i'd be better than the Alza.

The words should be " but if I were to choose between the 2 " - plz dont assume others same as u TS QC : equally done, different segment. 7 vs 5+2 FC : alza < (lesser than) exora Comfort : exora > (spacious than) alza.
