current valuation is attractive, PE still lower than 8. However they are holding on liabilities such as Proton, which i dislike

What is RCA ?

National carmaker Proton Holdings registered more than RM820 million in losses in the financial year ended March 31 2013 (FY13), reports The Edge Financial Daily. Out of these, RM807 million in net losses came from Lotus.
The Edge also reports that according to information obtained from the Companies Commission of Malaysia, whose release was delayed from the fourth quarter of 2013, Proton's core national car operation registered a net loss of RM22 million while revenue stood at RM7.28 billion.

However, Lotus' own audited accounts filed with the Companies House UK showed a much larger net loss of RM906.15 million (167.9 million British Pounds), versus a revenue of just RM483.4 million (89.9 million British Pounds).
It also reported that the main reasons for the losses were the impairment of "capitalised development cost" of 86.2 million British Pounds as well as administrative overheads of 88.9 million British Pounds, which wiped out Lotus' gross profit of just 14.3 million British Pounds.   

Proton has just closed its FY14 accounts on March 31 2014 but the company no longer makes its financial accounts public ever since the company was delisted in Bursa Malaysia on May 2012.

What ills this counter....keep on dropping (even though fundamentally strong) since end of last year ?
