Hmm... this weekend buying lamb leg
dunno wan steak cut or block cut
plan to turn half into burger
half to steaks

I used brown sauce.
plan to make wine sauce
but no red wine wink.gif

I like seafood, infact, steamed fish with a little seasoning is more than enough.

Salmon with rosemary, simple and taste good.

Paella taste good, of course, very different rice from the usual one.

Seafood is the most common one.
