One rune per armour piece I believe. However, once a rune is put in armour the only way to recover the rune is via expert salvage kit, and its not always you get back the rune!

Perhaps you may want to save that rune once you have finalised the armour you going to use. There will come a time where you may have 2 to 3 suits of armour for different types of mobs as well as PvP

www.gwonline.net is also a very good area for resources, discussions and maps. Its a bit cluttered at times but a good source of info.

Actually you can get a pet as a necro by raising the dead but they don't last very long but i think they are awesome too

Well the beauty of it is that it is an instance zone, so u don't have to jostle with others like in EQ1 and EQ2 where you are jostling for camps and the kill steals. It just you and your henchies or you and your party against the mobs.

Seems like you doing an EQ style aoe damage where these is a bunch of casters with one tank in the mix. Worked well in EQ cause of the taunt and more specifically paladins and shadow knights were good to gain agro.

However, in guild wars those agro's can easily be taken off by the caster and diffcult to ward off again (for PvE). Worth a try and curious how it works out but in PVP if you up against a bunch of hammer warriors cum monk you could be screwed.

One class you seem to have ignored is the necro who are very good at hexes via the curse line and the death magic has an aoe which can be potent. A Necro/monk also make very good healers if played right. They are the subtile class of the casters and often ignored

You need to run to Borlis pass then do the co-op mission at Frost Gate to Beacon's Perch

Yak's Bend->Borlis Pass->Frost gate->Gates of Kryta->Lion's Arch
