im asking the same question before..no one reply me..hahaha

i saw your post.. feeling like ignored being a noob in the wc community..
QUOTE(hian @ May 22 2011, 03:05 PM)
I wanted to get that too when I did my 1st shopping, but I felt that it's quite troublesome to work with that dual bay res with pump combo.  IF, lets say, one day the pump "kong" liao...then you will have to get the res+pump kit again, if the pump is not available seperately.

Just my opinion, it's always better to get the individual part.  smile.gif
*
what you say its true, but the cost to start by picking individual parts are so expensive.. any recommendations for individual parts with budget around USD 150?

Frankly, USD150 budget with individual parts is impossible...cost gets even higher after you add in the postage.  I wanted to keep my cost down too when I build mine but it's just not gonna work.
*
USD 150 just for parts.. i'll pay for the shipping, US and Canada so near smile.gif

A CPU water block + triple 120 radiator are already around USD100...add in fittings, pump, reservoir, and tubing, all together will probably cost you USD250-300.  Consider Canada and USA currency exchange rate is almost 1:1...it's pretty affordable.  Not like us, order from Malaysia using RM, we have to add in the heavy postage and multiple by 3.2... sweat.gif
*
yeah.. my current status quite broke, that's why the Rasa kit is good for starters.. Only 150 everything included and since i'm first timer it's a good deal. Malaysia currency too small, pay shipping also can pokai around rm 250..

there is a local shop here. you do know that, right? http://www.apes.my

promote, jangan tak promote!

Yea, I got that site bookmarked too.  smile.gif
I think H50 and H70 are more or less the same, except that the later has a thicker radiator.  I had a H50 with my previous setup, housed in Gigabyte 3D Aurora...looks neat tho.  smile.gif

louis91, save up another USD150, then I'm pretty sure you will be a happy man.  It ain't that hard to save another 150, right? biggrin.gif

acther, that case available in Malaysia? smile.gif
*
150 need to take another few months haha..

i see the difference now.. what size of tubing u guys recommended for single loop? 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2? Gonna get the XSPC kit soon.. biggrin.gif did some research, they say the tube will become chalky inside, so Im gonna get extra tube as well..

the reason the tube became chalky over time cause the platisizer... tygon tube tend to act the way... primochill clear tube will be my choice... it do get chalky but not that intense...

and if u mind the cloudy or chalky tube... can opt for black or color tube... as for the size, my recomendation will be 3/8, 5/8... the 1/2, 3/4 too large and 1/4 tube too small... 3/8, 1/2 will kink easily...
*
yeah, i knew that coz they using cheap tubes.. gonna get the PrimoFlex PRO LRT UV red since my ram and gpu is red colour. is 5 foot of tubing enough? unsure.gif

how much the different between xspc kit with RS360 vs kit with RX360? the rx rad series is much more thicker, performance rad (even enough for 2 blocks with mild oc, future proof), better paint and built...

USD 40 bucks
