you can get those reusable plastic tube clamps (vlad has em). they look pretty nice. if looks doesn't concern you, just use cable zip ties

save some for a few month, then u'll get it universal block can be use again if change gc, cheaper too. but full wb is better for aesthetic and cooling performance

actually, during old time like P3, P4... most of wc kaki using aquarium pump, fittings from hardware shop, tube from hardware shop too...

because WC are still expensive and hardly get.. local seldom ppl bring in and less demand in local as expensive...

aquarium pump like nirox p series, u can find it in aquarium selling shop...
u even can buy a submersible pump for your WC... that's y CUSTOM WATER COOLING we named it

but nowadays ppl getting easily WC parts as our we fren bring in it credit goes to clawhammer and vladtheimpaler...

and ppls nowadays also take into considered about appearance of WC... (not like last time very ugly look)

are u going to take car brake fluid reservoir in your rig?? better spend RM100 swiftech mcres for better look 

before looking to buy any parts of WC, planning first.. where u going to put your radiator, reservoir, pump.
fyi, drive bay reservoir is not easy to fill coolant.

duralene, tygon & feser all is known branded tubing... Tygon black is expensive as well as feser... duralene is much cheaper....

yes most ppl here get 1/2" ID x 3/4" OD tube.. i also using that tube... duralene 1/2" ID x 3/4" OD

better draw out a layout plan indicate where u likely to put your parts... because this layout plan will help u get some idea how many angle or 45 degree fittings u need.....

dont look down swiftech mcres.. this reservoir much better than those drive bay reservoir in terms of bleeding performance... 

for drive bay res, you'd be better with a fill port. filling the res without fill port is a pain. clear tubing might get cloudy after a few weeks. i'd recommend primochill tubes, very flexible

Duralene is clear tube can get from clawhammer.. price reasonable...
Tygon and primochill get from vlad price also reasonable.... but tygon much expensive.

if u like black tube, either get feser or tygon...

the bigger the tube, the faster of flowing..

im using distilled water w/ clear tube only...

Distilled water + anti algae/corrosion is the best coolant
In case of accidental spillage u will find distilled water takes longer to crash ur mobo than the so called "non-conductive" coolants

can, but you'll probably get clogged water block.

im using coolant car..and my tube very dirty..and also it can clogged ur water block

it will be a very tight fit. I using barbs for 1/2 tubings, so basically the grip for the tubing onto the barb is very strong. There are risk of leaking if the wall of the tubing cracked.

You can run without clamp if you are running 3/8 tubings over 1/2 barbs.

I using those D-tek fittings.
