both side means better static pressure = better performance .

just go for solid color instead . i'd go for solid white to pair up wif my system . black n white theme pure color is easy . tube can be used many times . hehe

height ? what height is at 3mm n 6mm ? doesnt really matter i think, too small difference .
dun need to think so deep . Just do some research about FPI = Fins Per Inch, Dual loop dual pass, things like that .
U'll get rough view of how it affects the performance of radiator.

in general yes . but different fan produce different static pressure . having faster fan not necessarily means better result . u have to take notes about decibel level, what chips to be cooled and stuffs .

" u can put 9 12 15 if u want to stack them up . its just whether or not the configuration gives any benefit or not . but push n pull config is definitely the best choice, if u have the space for it .

just for safe side, cause the wall is not small enuf to hold much pressure . unless u use 7/16 tube, then clamp is unnecessary .
just my 2 cents .

i think its better to put temp sensor exactly before radiator and also after radiator . then u can know performance of ur radiator its cooling capacity .

600 for a test bench is quite ok already . considering u cant get them in malaysia, and to bring in on ur own, shipping cost would be bombastic . not to mention the risk of damaging the item during shipment .
