DzX bro,
how do u cabling all your fans mount on top of radiator outside? i was so geram those wire.. dunno how to do it... help... yes, compression fittings damn hard to loose it after we over tighten it..... advisable not to use playar to loose it will definitely scratch... use hand to twist compression fittings and another hand twist tubing picture up soon... my WC setup This post has been edited by subrok007: Aug 21 2010, 09:34 AM |

alan kc,
yes my inlet is from upside, outlet is downside... supernothing, bleedy loop is let the small bubbles out... but my problem is feel like reservoir capacity too small for my whole loop... the problem is like that... start pc, pump pull coolant frm res, coolant almost finish until u can see no coolant inside res, then baru coolant from inlet filled back to res... that's y i believe that happening causing air trap inside tubing.. am i rite?? |

QUOTE(yuanbao @ Aug 22 2010, 03:34 PM) bro dunnoe it is i wrong or nt ahha.. bro u mean both inlet and outlet must place at bottom rite? but i really tested this before so i share here... for ur problems... u need put in and out flow under the reservoir lo.. i testing in my 1st time for my DIY reservoir cz main reservior hvnt come and no stock..... ur problems only be fixed it when both in and out tube water flow under the tank =) correct me if i m wrong.. newbie here learning ----------------------------------------------------------------------- edited for ur wc get full coolant must needed the reservoir pressure =) i dont really understand what u mean.. sorry. QUOTE(kevink82 @ Aug 22 2010, 03:35 PM) I think its common for the res to be upside down if it coolant level drops u can try having a drain tube to have some extra coolant place to flow to so when u turn off the rig to prevent overflow or install a 2nd bay res like many of the xs forumer. yes, i scare it will overflow when i shut down my pc.. but is just ngam ngam if more abit sure overflow liao.. so u idea is start pc then filled coolant... let it running. then prepare drain tube for overflow after shut down?? |

QUOTE(owikh84 @ Aug 22 2010, 04:01 PM) hmm.. u jz need to bleed out the remaining bubbles. oic... yes may be my radiator still got air inside... not fully filled..ur rad still got bubbles to bleed coz it's not fully filled yet lay down ur casing, hold the res vertically, open the top fill port now turn on pc let the coolant fills the rad, the coolant in res should flow out now top up coolant until air (bubbles) disappears be careful while filling the coolant My rad got bleed screw so I don't need to lay down case. ![]() I didn't choose D5-B (speed 3 to 4) as my pump. Been using D5 vario speed 5 when bleeding much easy but bro, u mean lay down casing (sleep pose)? then fill coolant then just pc on?? QUOTE(alan kc @ Aug 22 2010, 04:02 PM) simple say,u jus changing d inlet to d bottom, then ur problem wil solve d..haha..if u wan to knw d theory abt that,u need to ask bro kevin..haha yes that was simple way.. hey where ur picture? QUOTE(yuanbao @ Aug 22 2010, 04:02 PM) supernothing how ur proc bro where u spamming (Pic)?is good to see u here.. i rmb i dealed with u for the proc rite? QUOTE(kevink82 @ Aug 22 2010, 04:13 PM) think i misunderstand lol, probably u still got bubbles inside ur loop in this case if the water lvl drops that much. yes, the problem i saw is when i start my pc.. the coolant drop very fast until finish then inlet baru fill the res... try shaking the casing when jump starting, i though u want the res to be full of liquid for the looks that y i suggested u have a bay res otherwise it will overflow lol ; ; ok ok will try it... jump start pc.. shaking and fill coolant again.. how bout if i stop will it overflow? QUOTE(yuanbao @ Aug 22 2010, 04:13 PM) lol my picture hvnt uploaded here due to the quad is DOA for leaking purpose =.= spam the setup without radiator will upload let u to hv a look here This post has been edited by subrok007: Aug 22 2010, 04:19 PM |

water block > radiator
if no gpu block.... cos theoretically, hot water must cool down by radiator.. not cool water again cool down by radiator.. even car design also like this.. engine > radiator. |
