cfm, static pressure, rpm, all actually matters... like the recent silverstone fan really picture that nicely... but from my point of view, rpm plays a big role by pulling air for the fan 1st... no matter how nice the cfm and static pressure, rpm will determine the amount of air pulling in by the fan...

What bout the geometry of the fan blades?

Couldn't find M3.5 screw for radiator after searching thru few fasterners shops. It's either M3 or M4 sweat.gif

M4 definately is too big. Tried M3, should be allright if being used only to fasten the fan onto the radiator.

My case, the whole radiator is being hung at the back of the casing with 4 long M3 studs.

Doesn't seem OK with M3 size, the orientation looks to me like the radiator will fall off anytime sweat.gif

Haven't tried 6/32, the unit looks to me like US customary thread, I believe the M3 n M3.5 r metric.

6/32 best for swiftech... some holes is to big for m3... while swiftech web state 3.5 or 6/32...

I got older mcr220qp cant use m3, but now using slightly newer mcr320qp can use m3 pulak, but some not suitable for m3, really  rclxub.gif

This could be due to the standard is not being globalized. They happy, they produce M3.5, when they r not happy, they produce M3.

I don't know what is the root cause of this small matter.

Need clarification from TJ-07 users.

The radiator if it's to be installed at the lower compartment of the casing, is there any fasterner needed or just sit the radiator there?

Does the lower side panel vent mesh aligned to the 120mm fan hole?

How tricky it is to mount the Black Freezer AIX58NSE3 on to R3E? Due to this has a acrylic tube, I suppose installation is not as easy as other R3E block.

I have the same rad but 240, attached with two Delta WFB1212M, two fans measuring 37dBA of noise(according to Swiftech), even louder cool.gif .

A single cm turbine master 1.8 only produces 30.5dBA of noise(according to CM).

In fact, I like the way they measure in the unit of Celcius above ambient at 100% load.

I initially thought U have air-cond in Ur room.

Is tht the default location of the PC? I had my PC underneath my PC desk which is not well ventilated, futhermore the radiator was very close to the wall with the fans blowing towards the wall, the temperature readings were higher than after I shifted the PC with the radiator positioned at a more ventilated space.
