For those who are waiting due to port unavailability, what does it say under "Order Status" when you check your status at https://mips.tm.net.my/SelfCare/?

My order status does not reflect what I have been told by their rep on the phone (they say port unavailable but when I checked on mips, which I assume is the same system they use internally to check my order, it tells me that service is available and awaiting installation), I wonder if TM is just trying to dishonor my application without justification.
