Last year on September I downgraded from 4mbps to 384kbps coz the line was deteriorating and becoming suckier from day to day. Called tm for repair but it doesn't get any better. So I decided to downgrade. Now the prob is, my contract had been renewed without my knowledge. They never mention that the contract will be renewed if I change package. Now I feel cheated. Damn la.
