Because you paid to the wrong bill. If your payment is made to Streamyx bill, the payment will be transferred to your 'Bil Telefon & Multimedia' under item 'Pelarasan Kredit'.

For normal using, 3 cell battery should last 4 hours.
 HP actually advertised it 5 hours. |
