I applied for cool unipack (4mpbs package) last month. they told me they'll provide me with the 1mpbs package first if 4mbps is not available at my area but until today, still no internet.. tried to call 100 today but nobody is picking up the phone. then went to tmpoint, they said no port available for 4mbps so have to wait up to 9-10 months or APPLY AGAIN if i want the 1mbps package because they don't have my details/form. WTH is wrong with them??! really really frustrating
