Haha,i was hoping for 4mbs too bro,but in the end,the technician came to check my condo and said the wiring there cannot support,so have to put 1mbs only.
In my case,nothing i can do. I doubt complaining will help you bro,because it depends on their sockets and cables or something.. :S

I staying in brickfields,scott villa condo. The guy said the condo in front of mine can support 2 and 4 mbps,but mine oni 1mbps can 

The bill all im not sure yet but IIRC,should be Rm68. I only had mine for 6 days,so still waiting for everything to stabilize and to check the monthly bill.
