Today I received a call from a mobile number. She asked me whether was I Ms.Lee (I'm a guy), which I know she was referring to my mom.

And so I told her,you got the wrong number and I'm her son, are you from TM?

She replied Yes and asked me whether am I free on Wednesday as they wanna send over the laptop? I said I'm not at home but my dad will be.

She asked for my dad's full name and IC number and I do not have it at that time, who in the right sound of his mind would memorize the entire family's IC number?

And so I told her to wait I'll get it, she told me just SMS to the number she is using right now.

OK...I gave this number to my bro as I was busy with something, and he SMS-ed the necessary details to that mobile phone number. She called back that number, my bro got shocked and asked to wait.

He brought up his phone to me, and the lady turned the phone off liao...

I tried calling back the number and it wasn't available anymore (OFF)...

WTF service seriously....TM customer service department is seriously rude. Furthermore speaking in Bahasa..most of the time they call all in Bahasa...I had enough of it...I can't really converse well in Bahasa.

I'm hoping they do come on Wednesday!
