The lady said my area can't support 4mb and 2mb.
She said if I terminate my line now I might have to wait weeks to months since no port available even for 1mb package.
Then she suggested me to apply new streamyx account on my other existing lines (I have 3 phone lines in my house) and put myself on the waiting list for 1mb line. She also told me that once my new streamyx account settle then cancel my current one.
Do you think we can demand TM to open/increase port?
