i have been using my finger since the start....no problems until now (1year) but change 2 times screen protector...no problems at all also.......but once a while need to "calibrate" the screen lo..........

for alarm i use pocketclock and for ringtone i use phonealarm....google it

there wont be an upgrade to wM5.0 for mini cause of its slow processor and limited ram/rom (duno which one) capacity, its better recommended to buy the dopod or something......but i dont feel we need to upgrade except for some setbacks like "everything wipe off when no battery"

2) o2 after sales, o2 connect and auto confiq is tehre as its fixed, except your data like telephone information and SPB progr or any other EXTRA software that is installed will be wipe out

eh u all know those old phones can receive the sms "like got picture style but its in text form" , u need to scroll down then u get some moving bear or something?? normally old phones like 3310 or 8250, those txt sms , u think can receive on o2 mini properly or not? cause evrytime i get it is like all jumble up the alignment not correct lo

mine also 2 days , after the firmware upgrade......at least my reception is much better now
