use x backup but backup only contact & appointment ....
as for hard rest ... press the power button plus use stylus to poke the hole near the headphone ... (must do at same time)

usually the G will show up if u r in an area that u can connect to ur gprs ... after connecting the G will become 2 arrows. if u press the red button a long time the gprs will discon and it will become the letter G again ... did u install the cab from the extended rom

maybe something wrong with ur service provider ... i also sometime get it ... if still persist i think better use latest rom and hard reset back smile.gif

lost ur mini ..... uhhh ... so sorry to hear that ... all my condolance to u my friend ...

been using pocket plus for a while now but dont think mine have the twice sms bug ... mine is still ver 3.0.0 b 3888

serious prob ... well did u installed any 3rd party sw ??? if not then try soft reseting it ... if still cannot then try hard resetting it ...

i think if both above cannot help better seek help at the o2 center

Damn ... my mini hang and cannot reboot ... have to do a hard reset ... and updated to new 1.12 ROM now .... luckily have done backup using xbackup

upgrade the rom lor new rom 1.12 ... i am using it after my old rom 1.11 force me to do hard reset ... this few days ok ... but the 3rd party software sometimes hang but dunno which one ... ehmmm

my advise update ur rom

Ya lucky u have a savvy dad smile.gif ...

where do u get it ??? maybe can share ??? well in xda developer they said because of th elimited rom etc WM5 on mini is impossible but who knows maybe someday :finger cross: smile.gif

4. better backup all ur contact & appointment if u store ur contact in ur mini by
using xbackup

online also ok ... i downloaded mine at xda-developer ... no prob .... ehmm dunno what is wrong maybe same like my friend one 2 times send to o2 center 1st change board 2nd change batt ... and ROM to 1.12 ... mayb u have to sent to the center sad.gif

i am using the crystal casing not that thick just nice .... will upload the pic if u wanna see smile.gif

just wanna ask why use the bluetooh dongle activesync cannot connect eh ... can scan usb port got bluetooh but cannot sync ... i am using 3.8 ... mini can use activesync 4.1 ??? so anybody using the donge ??

if u want to backup all data or just ur contact, appointment use the xbackup or can use spb backup or sprite backup
then u upload the new rom using cable ....
