i m started this ab routine like last week , followed this routine

but the diffs are everything i does 31 reps , except for jackknife ( which is the fourth type of workout )i does 21 reps, which i believe other workout that i does 31 reps def exceeds 30 sec at shown at the video ,
the ques is i m act taking on serious mass , none phenomenal result as i only gain 2.5-3 kg for like 2 and a half month , after consumed 2 packets of 12 lbs of serious mass , which isn't what i expected , i was hoping i gain more out of it , i have 5 meals per day , some times 6 . I gained some instructor opinion , he said that serious mass gives u mass even at your abs , which pretty much stopping me from attaining my goal - LEAN ABS ! So i need advices , and for your info , i m 170cm and i believes that i m those scrawny fella with high metabolisms rate that always fail to gain weight or lose weight wit ease .
