This is becoming an old gamers thread

Odd World starting already so hard ending is also hard what the..

It's funny how everyone remembers these old games with rose tinted goggles.

Trouble is, in the old days, these games were often the inferior versions. Games like gods, xenon 2, speedball (bitmap bros games) all had better versions on the Amiga.

So if you're going to emulate the games, you should really be emulating "the way they were meant to be played" versions of the games. ie the amiga versions.

Not saying i didn't enjoy playing those games on the pc, it's just that i remember reading CVG back then and always wished that I had an Amiga that i could play them on. (and to a lesser extent an Atari ST)

FYI an Amiga is a pc too just not based on the x86 architecture. ditto with Atari ST

I played it. I think I was 10 years old at that time, that game is seriously scary for me, with all the monsters screaming so loudly and chasing me.

And now when I'm grown up, I wonder what the hell was that game about. Who was I, where was I, who were the monsters... and why the heck were they chasing me around anyways? I guess the premise of the game is "shoot everything that isnt you", there were no narrative whatsoever.

This game is nice =)

i was around that age too when i play it but i still remember the storyline. it's a simple and short one tho.

What's that old game that came out in CD-Rom that's on a fixed camera perspective (like the first Resident Evil), features a cyborg in some sort of medical facility, that you can rip off people's arm and beat them to death with it?

The indiana jones make me dream about it to win the game when i was 8.
I never won the game. I forgot the title ._.
