It's fair play for Pepe Reina, he did brilliantly to stop 2 goal bound shots la...
Plus Arsenal made a blunder as well, as TWO of their players ignoring the a pass, let Masch win the ball and lead to the N'gog goal. So luck is kinda fair on both occasions.
Plus, we played with 10 man (it should be a yellow!), and a concussed Agger against a speedy, hungry Arsenal side which doesn't have much exhausted players playing in the World Cup. Not too bad I'd say...

There's nothing to be ashamed of yesterday's performance. There are a few chances in the 2nd half where I realize N'gog doesn't have much support (since there is no Joe Cole, the 2nd striker back him up).
There are a few good runs and crosses on the right from Kuyt n Johnson...and I was thinking if Joe Cole was there, it might make a bigger difference in the scoreline....but oh well, ref mistakes are pretty common nowdays. We've seen lots of those in the WC anyways. :/

QUOTE(solstice818 @ Aug 17 2010, 02:11 PM) That's the only way we can get enough HG players and since Jones is going to be no2, he wont complain too much,no?Poor diego, if only he is HG player. Good choice to fill in the quota though...especially English players are getting more expensive due to the new HG quota rule. At least Diego is not as poor as Itandje. Oh wai-
