bro, i want to extend my byond to top floor. The top floor has two TV's one in a room, another in the top hall. so basically three tvs, which are

1. Main hall(ground floor) - astro byond decoder is here
2. top floor (master bedroom) -nt full hd tv, only 720p.
3. top floor hall-full hd.

we would want to operate the remote from top floor as well.

What you suggest? i saw the item you're trading, so, is it possible that you could quote me a price for my current setup? including installation and an original byond remote. PM me soon..if possible today, i would like to talk to you.

We do not handle installations for residential premises, but have a panel of contractors who have experience with installing these cables and setting up the equipment. If needed, we will be happy to provide you a contractor's contact upon request.

On average, they charge between RM100-200 for a typical installation with minor drilling, but the figure may vary depending on the size of premises and complexity of installation.

Hi, does it work with only 1 CAT6 cable? I have laid the CAT6 cable from the Living room to my master bedroom, but only one though (the rest routes through my router).
Thanks...

These Extenders do not operate on the TCP/IP standard, and cannot be plugged into any TCP/IP Ethernet devices. The Extenders only use the same medium of connection (UTP Cabling) for cost efficacy and require a direct, point-to-point link between the two Extender Units. The use of wall jack terminations, patch panels or RJ45 couplers are not recommended.

Hi ctrlaltdel88,

I'm kind of interested with your product after reading all good comments here.

Can you PM me the whole configuration (your wiring style) and prices if I wanted to extend this HDMI signal to another two rooms upstair in my house?
Total one TV in living room and 3 TVs in each rooms upstair.

20m is enough between living room and upstair room while 10-15m each for room to room upstair, depend where is the splitter position.

Hope you can advise more.
Thanks.

Yes, this kit is bundled exactly for that purpose and comes with everything you need to achieve a HD extension to another room. All UTP cables and HDMI cables are included, with the only optional equipment being an additional remote controller for the decoder.
