I own a PSP2000 and just got a Go recently. IMO, i find that the library of games on PSP is more suitable for me than NDS/3DS library of games. a lot of the games on NDS/3DS feel gimmicky and not really utilising the touchscreen. i own a NDS before and after playing games like Nintendogs, Cooking mama etc, i decided to sell it off. I just don't like the games.
So, basically,:
1. check which games you want to play most.
2. buy the system associated with the games.
