How about Skype?? Now using ooVoo, quite nice and can max out about 6 people in one conference but its on TRIAL, free use can do 1 on 1 only

OSX got iChat liao, can do conferencing with 3 people
 ...well, ooVoo is quite nice but need to upgrade the plan if really want to use the full features |
