1st badge phone usually having prob at hardware??mostly software only right..like 5800xm when first come out...update the firmware the settle larr..iphone 4 is another story..haha

usually manufacturer will test the hardware kaw kaw....make sure it don't have any problem...if hardware got problem they have to recall all user return the phone.....story might endup like apple ip4
