Sorry if this is a silly posting question.
I owned a house and currently paying monthly loan of assume Rm600.00 , still 18 years to go. Completed 48months of monthly payment. I would like to get a bigger house, how would I start the calculation and best way to go with? I would like to maintain monthly payment of Rm600.00 and I have extra cash to dump in for eg RM20k for my new bigger house. |

average big house in town area is more than 300k wor.. one month 600 is kinda impossible
my current house is paying more than 1k per month now unless u wanna get a bit kampung area big house, then should be quite cheap |
