It depend how you perceive it, if you are not very demanding on performance or from a casual gamer point of view,its actually can consider to be a "standard mid range" but if you are high end player and have high expecatation... GTX 460 consider just enough to use... 
For a poor guy, this indeed is better than nothing at all... you see....
