gtx460 is fighting with HD5830 and gtx460 wins in almost all games. Im seeing AMD will drop the price of 5830 and 5850 .... good news to us, price wars

but right now the gtx 460 is the one to choose for gc below RM800. If you can afford RM1000 then HD 5850 is the best choice

yes, gtx 460 is a bit slower in DX11 games when compared to 5850, but the price difference is quite big. Performance per price for gtx 460 is better with gtx 460

QUOTE(V3nz @ Aug 1 2010, 09:56 AM) Although i dun have any idea how this voltage stuff work undervolt should be safer. Because your card will need less power and produce less heat. only that you need to be careful when you overvolt cause you use more voltage and produce more heatbut i already undervolt my hd5770 to 1.125v but if when gaming, shud i change it back? is it safe to keep it like this? |

QUOTE(TiF @ Oct 22 2010, 05:28 PM) Yea, that is the biggest surprise of all, given that ATI/AMD gc do not scale too well in CF.. it is impossible the 6970, a single chip card is faster than 5870cf .... but 6990 for sure is faster than 5870cfReally looking forward for 6970!! Hope a single 6970 can wipe the floor with 5870CF, den I gonna sell both of my 5870 and get single 6970 |
