hey guys.. im using AMD 720BE unlocked to 4 core but my GC were NVDIA GTX 260+ oc. so im changing to ATI. have any idea to change on what card? how about 5770 CF?

need to buy GPU block for WC too.

AMD chipset....if just single card (not SLI) i think AMD chipset should be no prob to handle ur GTX260 or other 'green side' card
last time using GTX280 on my AMD870 chipset w/o any prob. but if dual mode just support CFx only.

HD5770 CF u can get low price (if used item) and u will get performance par HD5870..less or better might be.

but why not u just go through for HD68xx series

Those prices are a little too cheap to resist. Then I think again, I'd have to sell my card for RM 600~700 anyway, then top up 100.

gtx470 better than 6870?

GeForce GTX470 and Radeon HD6870 should have about the same performance.
Radeon HD6870 is cheaper, cooler, lower power and have more features(Eyefinity, EyeSpeed, HD3D, Stream) only.
GeForce GTX470 is more expensive, hotter, higher power and have some features like PhysX and CUDA.

OMG WOW!!! I going to get HD6870 on the end of this month.. But do you think it fit with my chapalang computer case??

and to my dissappointment, ATI actually work closely with nvidia to screw us buyer.. abo how nvidia get the 6970 and benchmark it before it release? so regret I support ATI all these time.. going back to Intel IGP!!!

68xx naming confuse me. They should renamed it as 6770 0r 6750.  I'm still  waiting for 69xx  flagship series.

Guys.. I can fit in HD6870 chun chun into my chapalang since the length from the back of case to HDD bracket is 10.5inches.. But there will be no space between the HDD bracket and GPU itself .. I will try to put my HDD below the GPU or bottom of the HDD bracket.. Do you think it is ok to squeeze my GPU like that?? Well.. I have no budget for new casing yet...

looks like nvidia price slash ain't enough.

6870 & 6850 is both on par with gtx470 & gtx460 but wit lower price, & lower in everything else except performance.

Havent buy yet la.. I scare if I buy later cant fit my case then wasted lor...
