just look at hd2000 to hd4000..improvement to the product before completely new architecture on hd5000
most important for me is price point and i dont want another stagnant price tag for a year lol |

QUOTE(joellim @ Sep 14 2010, 10:02 PM) easy, someone who wants to save money. a 4870 will give u roughly the performance of a 5830/5770. yes, its slightly hotter and yes it doesnt have dx11, but for the majority of mainstream gamers, those are not necessary. it cost u like rm400 at most to get a 4870 right now. and a 5830 is about 700-800. you save almost half the money. even the latest gts450, almost every hardware website will recommend you to skip the gts 450 and get a way cheaper gts250 or 5770, for almost the same performance. G92 is still not dead. agree, this always surely have different opinion..one might want the latest and one who dont mind old as long good pricingi recommend my sis bought hd4850 when hd5000 already launch, cost below 400 its just bargain for her..played some games like sims 3 are just good enough and she dont really care what latest tech my concern new hd6000 is pricing, good price/performance ratio win my heart |
