660sf very low floor direct facing park and tennis court and partial pool view.

I wanted to buy the 1019sf but only very high floor available at that time, about 30th+ floor. Developer blocked units on 8th 18th and 28th were not for sale. It would be very risky to pay 830-850k for high floor 1019sf unit.
