Yupe, I agree same security issue will happen in any condo which is why the guards are changed every few months.

Tropics has about 800 units with similar facilities and even more "united nation" than CT and I find the pool very clean, most of the time I'm the only person in the pool. I'll say 99% of the resident doesn't utilise the pool.

The gym at Tropics is kinda full during the peak hours, used by "united nation" residents as well, no problem also... even paid gym like celebrity fitness are also used by "united nation" customers. No complaints at all.

To be fair, if you think CT gym is lousy... then I advice you to go see Bukit Utama 9 gym, BU9 is a recently built condo but the gym room is much worse.

LRT3 route gets flak from Damansara Utama residents

The proposed realignment of the Bandar Utama-Klang Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) line has come into criticism from some 200 residents of Damansara Utama, who fear that the project could disrupt everyday life.

According to The Sun, the homeowners voiced their concerns during a dialogue session with representatives from Prasarana Malaysia, with Damansara Utama Residents and Owners Association president Rajes Patel claiming that they were not consulted before the change of route.

“Indeed, the ones to be most affected would be on Jalan SS21/42A, 21/38, 21/36, and 21/13 since the construction is only a few metres away from their homes,” he said.

I saw they dismantled the worker's elevator at the residence tower, meaning the housing units interior are 7788? Even the worker's elevator opening are sealed with glasses d, so the crane can no longer carries items up to the floors. Now left with common areas. If Tropicana has no cashflow problem, then it can be done really fast.

If Sept complete, then take sometime for CF... should be VP by year end.

I've asked...how long does the CF takes once the building complete?

I prefer the original alignment to 1U instead of to Strand. sweat.gif More likely I will use the service if it goes to 1U.

new alignment like station just next to TA oh
*
I don't think they will have 1 station at Lien Hoe and 1 at TA.... it's just too close. It's probably 5 second ride on train before the next station.

Just received mail, got my 2© done rclxms.gif rclxms.gif .... now left with 2(E) and 2 (H). Anybody has their 2(E) done?

2(E) = internal finishes including wall <-- i guess should be 7788 d.
2(H) = road.... this one should be very fast. Probably 1-2 weeks can gao dim.

Wow...left oni 5 percent nia..at stage 2g nw
..but why total percentage doesnt add up to 100 pct?
*
It’s not construction progress, it’s payment percentage.
10% Downpayment
70% Construction during construction
20% After VP

Meaning now left high floor interior only… then build road, gao dim -> VP… hooray! rclxms.gif

At 35k, if use maybank card entitle to 12 month interest free installment.  I think it is a very good investment.  There will be demand for csr park from residents in TA.  Do remember those 1019sf unit only comes with 1 car park, so those couple or families with kids might rent extra car park from you.

There won't be fire sale like Casa tropicana block E which was selling for 18k each.

Considering that 600sqft & 1000 sqft only has one car park each, there will be a lot of demand for car park rental.

At RM36,000... assuming I can rent out at RM200/month (can I??) It will takes 15 years to recover the investment. Years after that would be nett profit. Hmmmmmm.... tempting. rolleyes.gif
