I notice Tropicana projects are all well maintained, though the maintenance fees is a bit high. My current resident at TCM has got the 'old' sundeck chair all replaced with new one even before it is broken and from time to time, they give us new facilities like snooker table, internet/study room etc. Even CT facilities and lobby/elevators looks good even though it has been around for almost 10 years i guess. Thats the reason why I chosen TA  |

Looks a bit messy IMO when close up. The repetition makes it looks very pigeon hole like. Lazy architects.
