If you look properly on picture number 2, you cannot find Malaysia in Europe and Other Regions.

In other words, I think Malaysia is not in radar for this game. Just hope your credit card will be accepted in whichever account you choose.

I would personally play the wait and see game first before dropping RM170+ for a game that might not even be subscribe-able.

EDIT: On second look, picture number 1 has "Oceania and other regions". Hopefully Malaysia is in there somewhere.
