graphic 9600 and above.
The rest up to u to picturize.
Although there's a part which is kind of vague.
Window OS must be xp sp3 and above.
I find no difference between sp2 and 3 but 3 seems to have more problem then 2.

can you repost back your laptop spec? if can atleast in semi-full name.

I think u need to buy a new graphic card....... ur one might be old and not support new feature of direct X

it seems that laptop users has some sort of problem especially the graphic card, can you do a DxDiag for me?

Sorry, about the benchmark, your graphic driver is not installed properly, you need to uninstall the driver and reinstall it back. uninstall, restart, install, restart. and try check again.
