I had the sense of accomplishment when I played FFXI - doing my Genkai even fighting Maat at lvl 70.
And also no doubt a PSP game - Monster Hunter Freedom Unite.

After getting past those so called "Walls/Barriers", it had a great feeling. When people/members gave you "gratz", it felt great.

you did ark angels?

the funny thing cause i lead the third NA group in the server to win as a dragoon haha!
prior to that, they don't let me go in for being a dragoon

i planned and research and guess what, 1/1 lol! somemore not many people won that battle
i think i don't that about 10 over times and still never got bored cause there's always some n00b screwing up haha!

the battle was no longer fun when ppl knew 18 blms could easily killed them.. overkill

sea i didn't spend too much on mission on help. i just finish fast and start farming hehe

too bad i didn't finish play wings of goddess...
i miss my cannon pt :/

Juggernaut/Maneater+Ridill * 4+Bard+RDM = cannon heaven! lol

at times will throw some mnks and nins XD

I remember playing with my LS... i think we got 30 merits easily! haha!

everyone in my cannon capped everything :/

heck i even capped my merits for dragoon rofl! i think i only tried angon once!!!

Class: LCR/RNG/MAU/PUG/GLD & Blacksmith/Armorer
City: Limsa Lominsa

Basically I am going to be focusing on disciplines of war.
I will be considering and doing loads of research on dmg and such
bored of being a tanker.
Currently planning to consider on that following order.

All depends on the demand of the job my group needs. Bored of tanking in FFXI as ninja or warrior.

City I currently choose is Limsa Lominsa since its flag reminded me of Sandoria & the guild is there. Again depends on what items I could receive on the early city.

Currently maybe I would consider LCR or MAU first as low cost. Then go RNG if i got the cash.

Much more research will be done ^^

we can see how long will it reach Malaysia

International Priority Mail which is DHL. Expected arrival is 12-13/8/2010

Since FFXIV will probably shipped 23/9/2010 (US - Thursday), we can estimate how long will it reach for those who ordered from Amazon

Those who are curious.
My shipment from Amazon left on Friday (US time) and Sat Morning Malaysia time which is the same day when FFXIV CE gets released.

It is now in Hong Kong and hopefully can reach to my door step tomorrow...

Australia placed exclusive for EBGames that preordering AUS version, you get goggles

HOWEVER they did not mentioned anything for Onion Helm

It is safe to say it is a mistake at their end.

No one version can get both. And the codes are within the box.

The only way to get both items are by pre-ordering both edition.

This was clarified many times by the FFXIV officials....

Please note AUS/NZ games follow EU. Preorder should also be the same treatment

Regardless I think bonus item is easier and cheaper provided if they give through magazines if they ever do for the NA
Those EU magazine are EXPENSIVE!

frankly speaking all should have 30-day free play.
The way US CE specifically said free 30 days could mean additional 30 day free

If this is true I think it is rather fair
cause EU and JPN has Tumbler and Map

I think they have given US additional 30 days in replacement for Tumbler unless that right of passage is something worth getting!

Every MMO had first 30 day free play time.

I have never encounter MMO when you first purchase, you need to immediately pay the monthly subs.

Then why the hell the Offcial Website state free gameplay for 30 days for the US and not the EU ?

I don't know exactly but i find it suspicious

well it is rather silly cause like I said everyone knows you get 1 month for buying the game. if they were to use that as a bonus thing is a serious issue and trust me this is no marketing strategy
if they were to put that 1 month this should really be an additional month as under the trade practice act for false advertising is a serious issue

still, i have a rather strong feeling due to the lack of stuff in NA, they could just give an additional 1 month bonus
