has the buyer paid the upfront 10% selling price? If hasn't, then u should ask the buyer to get the CTC or Private Search of the title from land office, cost RM50 or RM30.

If he already paid 10%, the buyer's lawyer will liaise with your lawyer. Let the professionals deal with each other.

i have not received payment as i know the buyer a bit
all confirm...waiting for s&p and he tell me his lawyer ask me for the copy of grant, then only can do s&p...
tat why i headache...
call here n there and at last the bank say will get me a copy next week

what i am questioning is why the lawyer on the buyer's side request me to produce the grant?

2. i am planning to liase the buyer's lawyer to also do the discharge of the property on my side... is this ok?

since if i get my previous lawyer, they charges will be double and higher rite?

the title is needed so that it could be incorporated in the SPAs....if you comapre the SPA between you and the developer against your new transaction....they will be a difference...the title particulars will also changed as your property had been issued with a strata title....you should have a copy of the title of your property....well its like your IC for property i guess...haha....
