Ask your buyer to ask his lawyer to check on the title from the land office.
That is the normal procedeure. you only need to provide copy of s&p.

has the buyer paid the upfront 10% selling price? If hasn't, then u should ask the buyer to get the CTC or Private Search of the title from land office, cost RM50 or RM30.

If he already paid 10%, the buyer's lawyer will liaise with your lawyer. Let the professionals deal with each other.

i have not received payment as i know the buyer a bit
all confirm...waiting for s&p and he tell me his lawyer ask me for the copy of grant, then only can do s&p...
tat why i headache...
call here n there and at last the bank say will get me a copy next week

what i am questioning is why the lawyer on the buyer's side request me to produce the grant?

2. i am planning to liase the buyer's lawyer to also do the discharge of the property on my side... is this ok?

since if i get my previous lawyer, they charges will be double and higher rite?
