Hi owners. May i know if any of u know who should i contact if i have complains to lodge about the management team downstairs? Whos in charge of the JMB? I still cant accept that when i ask, why is it that the guards cant press the lift for my guest if i gave permission they said its not part of their responsibility. I paid maintenance every month for service too right? Ive been to many condos n so far none of my friends or family has to come down to fetch me. Whats the point of ordering food if i still have to dress well n go down to pick it up. Am i the only one whos unhappy with this matter?

So it is right for them not to press lift for guests? Even once the owner said its ok? Maybe i have not been to as much condos as u. But really, thats not their responsibily ya? It is indeed that every single time i order for food and all that i have to come down n get it myself ya?
