Well, as many investors know that in the coming 2016,2017 economy will not that good not only in Malaysia. Even that's a lot new units will complete in 2016,2017 if you have holding power just hold it. As what I know, some investors from England holding elements units for investment.

do some economy research, study which country will be the next star then you will know why I'm saying hold the property in Malaysia. Instead of listening to other ppl over here(including me) why not you do more research and do more analysis yourself. Study property graphs ,you will know it will goes down like 2008 but don't forget to study what happen between 2009-2014 for property. Property investment is for long term, if you sell in 2-3years then you are flipper not property investors.

Simple logic, can you use RM4 ringgit buy noodle soup in next few years like 2008 price?

Second point, middle east foreigners have strong buying power. A lot of people didn't realise it, go LV, MK shop.check the sale record if you have friends open these shops.
