Rm500 psf++, I rather go for Mont Kiara /Hartamas properties.. KD jam is getting worse n surrounding is nt really impressive..

from wat i heard la......don know real are not so to me they are investors lo if 3 years later, so many developments at that area + damansara perdana, supply > than demand we only go bit auction property la |

My friend was shocked when he heard i was going for the launch of Cascade. He thought it was 'casket' (coffin).
I changed my mind about buying, the thought of saying 'i stay in casket'. |

despite the odd name and recent 70% LTV, 90% units have been sapu by 2pm. and that was just private preview only!

Hmm, apparently it's a new strategy by developers to only open a few units at a time and they'll say the rest are taken up so that people will rush to get whatever units that are available. And then few weeks down the road they will open a few more and say these buyers can't get loan etc etc... and even put a higher price tag.I heard that from someone who is in the industry. Not sure was it a sour grape remark or it's the truth. Nevertheless, they wouldn't be able to pull it off if the property is not situated in a strategic area. But at least these buyers will buy hastily without thinking that the property might be overpriced. RM600/sqf is indeed a lil high. |

if buy for own stay, get ready for traffic congestion... i dun think the existing road towards Persiaran Surian (to the curve) & Persiaran Tropicana (to PJ) can sustain...

rsp also got the 100 storey building wor.
no play play. jokes aside, seriously, how's the take up rate for the project. the pricing seems on the high side for now but i think it's still fairly priced given the location, the 'wongness' of the place and it's facilities and furnishing. what worries me was the maintenance fees. too high! |
