In the case of heroes like Leoric I would say this is good, it gives you a higher critical right, but in the case of PA it would be different because by getting burize, you are actually diluting the 4x critical of your hero. PA has a sufficiently high speed to comeplement her percentage of critical. You want more damage output, get hyperstone or MKB, not burize.

yesterday i use ULAR own like hell... is a 4 v 5 game... i in the 4 team... in the early game, ULAR vs 3 not a problem... as long as no long range stunner / frost. hehehe... 2x kills 6 deaths if not mistaken... power tread + Burize + Butterfly + 2 Wraith Band + Ring of Regeneration. Plan to get my MKB but that time all 5 of the opponents push till our base... and i go to solo the Throne. Fast finish if not our team sure lose coz opponents got Maiden + Naix + Invoker + Faceless Void + Axe. My team i really can't remember liao... I think have Drow + Chaos Knight + Nevermore + Ular (Venom)... By the way... Ah WanG should now how to use ULAR liao, rite? hehehe...
