Currently I have D60 and intend to upgrade to D90. Shall I buy the complete set (i.e. together with kit lens) or just the body? I also have Nikkor 50mm F1.8 and Tamron AF 18-200mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II LD which I believe can be used in D90. So no need probably to waste RM 800 on kit lens.

Hope to get advise from the sifus here.

Since you've the lens, just get the body itself.

SC dont have anything to do with the quality, as far as i know. its just indicate how frequent u use ur camera. just like car's odometer. if u r traveling a lot, when come to certain milage, u need to repair ur car, change oil etc. same goes to camera. when come to certain SC, ur shutter will torn out and need to be repaired. dont worry about SC so much.

About RM300-400 for D90 if not mistaken, recalled seeing someone changed the shutter before 100k for D90.

Nah, there's no specific benchmark, if you are happy with it then that's the best I guess smile.gif. But then again, I think she isn't the fair type anyways so the skin color if the saturation or contrast were cranked up her skin would look sorta burnt.

noted that. =)

i know, but the thing is i cant get a real nice clean shot coz got kids keep tapping my lens. thinking the camera is a toy. so moved to a location that is beside the van. got some other shot but without the black thing but still got the van.

the black thign with the light and grey circular shape is actually another ride.

nice picture. wedding ka? coz can see the bride holding a bouquet of flowers. what lens?? eheheh. very nice control of the reflection of their glasses. if they were wearing multicoated lens xpe. night mare if the lenses they are wearing wear uncoated. berbayang2.

to quote isepunya "Noise itu cantik. blur itu indah. gelap itu menawan. its all about abstract and your own preference. its not about pro like it or not. its an art~! its abstract~! there is no bad image unless urself say it so."

my abstract art

^akagi,
Its where u put the light that determines how much reflection u get....
Even using multicoated lens if ur using direct flash then surely got kaw2 reflection

(: strobe the light, diffuse it..
