I put down a deposit to secure the promotion price, but ended up frustrated and disappointed.
This company is located in Sri Damansara. First time went there to confirm, the salesman told me the items are yet to be shipped from China and promised it will be here by December 2013.
Second time around Dec, I went there again to confirm and the salesman told me they have issues with the manufacturer in China, hence there will be no items coming in.
I ended up taking those available LED downlights to offset my deposit and warned them I will complain to all event management firms that organize HOMEDEC, Perfect living etc to ban/blacklist their company from participating into such events.
Anyone has the same issue with mine, please voice out. Tq
Hi, indeed I have the same experience. I went end Nov but the saleperson in charge said the item wasn't shipped and will be available at a certain date (i forgot). I was raging and asked what is the solution he can give me and most of it are unacceptable.
In the end, I demanded a cash refund, and he almost caved in. Until he offered me another model at the same price. So I took it.
Yes, they are not fully trustable at the fair but at the very least he gave me a solution.
