Hi guys, I'm installing track lights on my own, for those points with 5 wires (1 green, 2 black, 2 white), I just connect the black and white to my track light and it's working ok.

But for my bathrooms, it has only 3 wires - 1 green 1 black 1 white, I connected black and white to the light but it's not lighting up, any ideas?

I tested two track lights both are not lighting up, the wires are also showing electricity when I tested with test pen.
